Getting Here

Fort Wellness Counseling is located off S University Dr and I-30 on the west side of Fort Worth.  The office is located across the street from University Village and a couple blocks north of West Bend.  We are located on the south side of I-30, and on the east side of University Dr.

Our office space is located on the 2nd floor in Suite #212.  The entrance to the building is unlocked Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.  The entrance to the building is locked after normal business hours for security purposes.  If your appointment is after 5:00pm or on the weekend, you will need to text 682-232-4003 upon arrival.

The entrance to the building is on the north side of the building, which is the side closest to I-30.  You may park in any of the parking spots that are outside of the building.  Come inside the building by using the glass doors and then use the elevator or the staircase to go up to the 2nd floor. From there, go to suite #212 and come inside the office space.

Inside The Office

When you walk into the office, the main waiting room is directly in front of you.  The restrooms are located on the 2nd floor.  Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting room. Help yourself to some bottled water, coffee, or tea.  Your counselor will come meet you at the scheduled time or shortly thereafter.  Your intake paperwork will be on the coffee table.  For a list of common questions, visit the frequently asked questions.  Our rates can be found on the counseling services and on the schedule.

Appointment Reminders

We will contact you regarding your scheduled appointment a few different times.  Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and text message.  You will also receive automated reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment and 24 hours prior to your appointment.  You can opt out of these appointment reminders if you’d like. We put them in place to help you remember and for your convenience.  You will also receive an appointment reminder sent from your designated counselor on the day of your appointment.  

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires that you reschedule your appointment no more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you require rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee which is the full-service price of the counseling service that you had been scheduled for.  Please feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions or concerns.  You can learn more about what to expect at your first counseling session.  You can also check out our blog to help familiarize yourself with our practice and some of the services we provide.
