Karen Blandino, MEd, LPC has extensive experience in providing great therapy as a therapist. She has over a decade of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families as a counselor and therapist. She has a passion to help clients provide a honest and inquisitive look into how their story shapes their perspectives of their world and where they belong in it. Karen works with teenagers, and adults. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, religious/spiritual trauma, narcissistic abuse, trauma and EMDR.
In addition to her master’s degree in the counseling field from TCU, she is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Preprocessing (EMDR). She is also Gottman Trained and has additional certifications in Grief Training, Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) and a Certified EMDR Therapist. Karen is also a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). Her therapeutic modalities include EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus and Trauma therapy.
Karen has a great deal of experience providing help to people living in shame, anxiety and loneliness. Her mission is to help people who are hurting to feel seen and heard.
