Hannah Causey, MA, LPC

Hannah Causey, MA, LPC has worked in several different clinical settings and comes to Fort Wellness Counseling with extensive experience in providing great therapy as a therapist.  She’s dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and Arizona and has over a decade of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families as a counselor and therapist. Hannah works with all ages – which includes children, preteen, teenagers, and adults.  She specializes in anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma.

In addition to her master’s degree in the counseling field from the University of Arizona, she is trained in Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).  She’s a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and has certifications that include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy.  Some of the foundations to her therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family System Therapy and Trauma therapy.  Hannah also utilizes somatic therapy and mindfulness strategies to assimilate the experience of wellness throughout the body and mind.  

As a therapist, she strongly believes in learning from integrative and holistic approaches to benefit and strengthen the mind-body connection.Want to know some fun facts about her outside of her amazing accomplishments as a therapist? Well, she’s fluent in French! She is happily married, has two children, and calls Aledo her home. Hannah is currently seeing clients on a virtual basis with plans to provide in-person services soon.
