Through marriage counseling, you can make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding your relationship or going your separate ways.  Marriage counseling is often short term. Marriage counseling typically includes both partners, but sometimes one partner chooses to work with a therapist alone. The specific treatment plan depends on the situation.

Psychotherapy is the treatment of mental disorders by psychological treatment rather than by medical means.  Psychotherapy utilizes different counseling theories by counselors that hep clients gain the coping skills that are necessary in order to maintain long-term change.  If you can change the way that you think then you can change the way that you feel.  By utilizing cognitive interventions, counselors help clients reframe problems and change their perspective by challenging negative self-defeating thoughts and irrational thinking.
